Sarasota, FL based Mullet's Aluminum Products, Inc. has been approved as a Participating Independent Contractor in Florida Power & Lights Business Window Treatment (window replacement) / Business Building Envelope Program (BBE).

The objective of FPL's Business Building Envelope Program, (BBE) is to reduce current and future electrical demand and energy usage from air-conditioning (A/C) equipment, during the summer peak hours, through the installation of qualifying energy-efficient building envelope measures.

Under FPL's Business Window Treatment (window replacement) program, commercial FPL customers are provided a financial incentive based on replacing existing windows that face west, southwest or northwest with new, high-efficiency windows determined by Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC), under approved rating, certification, and labeling procedures of the NFRC.
